The Beginning: March 24, 2022

Proxetas Construction & Property Management Ltd. was born from a simple observation: property owners in the Niagara Region were struggling to find a single, reliable partner who could handle both construction needs and ongoing property management. They were juggling multiple contractors, dealing with inconsistent quality, and losing money to inefficient property management.
Dale, our founder and president, saw an opportunity to change this. With extensive experience in both construction and property management, he launched Proxetas on March 24, 2022, with a clear mission: to be the one company Niagara property owners could trust for everything from minor repairs to major renovations, from tenant screening to 24/7 maintenance response.
